Had a delicious dinner in the undercover outdoor seating area, which is also pet friendly. Views to the water overlooking Whitlock Island offers a spectacular sunset. The staff were friendly and all our meals were delicious. Great place to enjoy a meal and a cold drink whilst watching the sun set in a great atmosphere. Pricing was pretty reasonable, too.
Had a super night here. Glorious sunset views and a cracking party atmosphere in the pub. The food was well cooked, fresh and tasty. It had a rough and ready crowd in the Sports bar, I saw no trouble but the picture below, poster behind the barman, gives you a guide to this. Great games and happy hour deals.
We almost didn’t eat here as my wife read some bad reviews, luckily they were the only restaurant open on Sunday, because the food was delicious, really happy we did go.
I had the fish and chips and it was fantastic, Red Emporer for your standard fish chips WOW. It was very yummy far better then Barramundi - one of the reviews I think from Anna said it was bad and shame imported fish is better. Perhaps I had a different chef or she’s a muppet. Either way the fish I had was excellent and far better than the seafood cafe we went to at the Jetty.
Aleays ask the locals where to eat. Got pointed here and very happy.

Food was next level tasty, huge serves and well priced.
Salt and pepper squid was yum. They did the burgers lunch menu for us at dinner as we were a party of 19 including 11 kids. Food came out quickly. Staff friendly
We come to this pub for dinner whenever in Carnarvon and it has always been good. Last night however was a bit disappointing. My wife had grilled chicken with garlic prawns and I had lamb shank. We both thought our meals were bland. They weren't horrible, just ordinary. Probably overpriced for what we got. Service was good.
Popped in for a meal glad we did. Hats off to the chef food was great even the wife was happy, will most definitely be coming back. 👍
